Report: Russia’s Gazprom Neft quits talks to buy refinery in Vietnam

MOSCOW, Jan 11 (PRIME) -- Russian oil company Gazprom Neft has discontinued negotiations with Vietnamese state oil and gas company PetroVietnam to acquire 49% in a refinery, local newspaper Tuoitre News reported Monday.

The Russian company has already sent a corresponding notification, the newspaper reported.

According to a Bloomberg report, Gazprom Neft earlier requested more tax incentives for the refinery than it was proposed.
